COURSE DESCRIPTION

A Diploma in Fashion Design (DFD) is a one-year course that helps students learn about fashion and its technicalities. Students learn about clothing and design, marketing and manufacturing, and the latest jewellery trends. The course also helps students develop their creativity and innovation. The course aims to develop the creative and business skills of the students so that they can pursue their career goals in this industry. The course also teaches students how to create their own clothing label, finance them, and market it. Students learn technical skills like pattern drafting, sewing, and garment construction. They also learn to work with different fabrics and materials, and create custom designs that fit clients' needs. Students develop their creativity and innovation, and do a lot of research work. The curriculum goes beyond formal teaching methodologies to strengthen students' skills in the fashion domain.

CERTIFICATION
