COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design (B.Des) is a four-year undergraduate program that focuses on fashion design. The course teaches students how to use color, fabric, styling, and ornamentation to create innovative fashion designs. It also focuses on developing a strong foundation in conceptualization, research, design sense, and artistic expression. The course also teaches students about various design patterns, materials and fabrics, sequins and beads. It also emphasizes the details of pattern cutting and garment making, advanced fashion studies and styling, retail and visual merchandising, quality assurance management, range development, fashion and textile practice, and entrepreneurship.

CERTIFICATION
